Jose Ramirez - Founder and Owner

Since 1995, Jose Ramirez has worked with one of the leading children’s after school programs in Maryland, and has helped the company open several new before and after school programs. He has run summer camps for over 21 years, working with approximately 150 school aged children per year, and employing an average of 20 staff. Deemed “the Game Guy”, Jose’s vision of developing a safe, affordable and creative evening programming for kids has allowed parents the ability to leave their children in good hands, enjoying activities with friends and certified counselors, while they enjoy their own night out — without the hassle of having to find a qualified babysitter. The program, now in its 19th year, has been brought to over 15 Montgomery County Public Schools. Jose has years of experience working closely with parents and local PTAs on developing quality content and programming for students, and regularly trains new directors for before and after school programs in Montgomery County.

Please remember to send your child with swimsuit, towel, lunch and sunscreen every day (please write your child's name on each). We will be participating in water and outdoor activities daily.

What should I wear to camp?
Campers should wear comfortable, casual summer clothing, including sneakers. Please label all items brought to camp to help us find the owner of any item lost or misplaced. Campers can wear bathing suits underneath their clothes if it’s comfortable. This would only be recommended on days their group is at camp and not on a trip.
